Who We Are
Nadia Butt, EdD, MBA, is a leadership development strategist, consultant, and coach with over 20 years of experience in leadership and talent development, change management, and Lean. She has developed leaders and advanced organizational transformation within Fortune 100 companies, including Liberty Mutual Insurance and CVS Health. She partners with organizations across industries and sectors, including corporations, government agencies, nonprofits, and startups, to strengthen workplace culture, build leadership capacity, and align talent strategies with organizational priorities and goals.
Nadia holds a doctorate in Human and Organizational Learning and Leadership. Her thought leadership has been featured in Forbes, where she has been quoted multiple times, and she has co-authored book chapters on workplace belonging, organizational culture, and related topics. She has also presented at international conferences, including the Academy of Management (AOM), on identity, belonging, and organizational dynamics. She also brings her commitment to leadership and community impact to her board service.
Nadia is also the co-host of Leadership & Innovation Unlocked, a podcast exploring leadership, workplace culture, inclusion, and innovation.
